not sure who it is, but the flatty is TRASHED. I want everyone to know that it isn't worth the metal left and would need more work than it's worth to even get roadworthy.... sunroof has been leaking all winter and I am sure the interior pan is a rusty mess. engine is blown, interior is partial and a spraypainted mess. I only took it from the towing company for the few parts that are needed on the 88 driver....

no. it's beat up.

started to part this car out, but with the holidays, stopped. it's an 87 maroon. car is complete, but interior is kinda trashed. few good parts. want to get it done so I can haul to the crusher in feb.. need the driveway back. -radio is factory cassette w/ eq. tested radio and worked great, all eq sliders worked -dash is digital with 195k on it. everything came on that I could test. engine won't fire so couldn't test rpm's. dash lights for odo are a little dim. can send 6" of harness as well. -engine is complete, have all parts for sale. it's not a good engine. really only interested in selling bolt-on parts, not block/head/cam. -NO suspension parts for sale at this time. still have to get it to the crusher. will have 4 good factory rims for sale once it goes. -injectors are gone, but throttle body is complete otherwise. -steering wheel is in good shape. not mint but no cracking. shipping will be either ups or usps. will only charge actual costs email at sandm@clearwire.net with what you want. paypal only(am verified with over 50 transactions and no issues)... need some new rims on the 88shp, so help a brother out

yea, thanks for the tip 88tsi. I remember reading it somewhere amongst all the guys that insist on welding patches. the drilling thing worked out awesome. I don't understand why more don't do it... rims have to go. the fronts are the wrong offset and hitting the fenders. they are what came on the car(only had it 2 months). tires are new, so should bring a few $$ to someone who can use them. hoping to find a mustang owner that wants them. that's next on the list...

anyone need a set of rear shp's and 4 springs? they came off my car with 95k on the clock. rears do need rebuilt if you can do it. pm if interested....

well, after 3 long weeks, finally got the quest back together. started out on the back and the rear bumpstops were rotted out, so took a few days to get them. did the swaybar endlinks as well as they were toast too. replaced with kyb's and suspension tech springs. tore the front apart and bumpstops were ok, but mounts at the top were trashed. took a week to get them. used a 1 3/4" metal holesaw and 12" extension from home depot to drill out the shp parts inside. took 15 minutes total and no welding. I would recommend this instead of the grinding/welding patch. can't wait to get a few miles on the car and let the suspension settle to see what she will look like. rides a whole lot better and seems to handle better(for a 20yo car). http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e194/sandm01/P1120002.jpg doesn't look much lower, but we'll see in 100 miles... http://i39.photobucket.com/albums/e194/sandm01/P1120001.jpg

that's one of the nicest notches on the rear I have seen in a while. will look good with paint on it. not sold on the hood, but looks better than no hood as some of the bodydropped rides around here sport..

no. turbo is off the car now. tow it home. $600 and the whole car is yours. has $400 worth new tires from bigo put on less than 8k miles ago.
