I have a engine I was going to put onto ebay, but came here to sell some other stuff and saw your post. Mine was rebuilt about 11k ago. .20 over stock compression original rods, micro polished crank. New oil pump timign set(balance shafts eliminated) Non jet valve head. I forgot that I made this post with all the stuff that is going on with the car this week. The engine will make well over 500hp. When it was in my Colt (2600lb) it trapped 146mph. Has anybody done any rear end upgrades keeping the IRS? I like the way the car handles and do not want to mess that up, however I don't want to put a rear end in it every weekend.

I decided I am going to make a RWD 4G car (I am done with AWD mitsu drivetrains). Was thinking 240Z, 240sx, Miata, caterham, and a few others. A friend of mine brought it to my attention that I have a mint Conquest with a fully done suspension sitting in the back of my garage that I never drive. So, I am tossing around the idea of putting my 4G63 (GT42) into my Conquest. Trans will be a T5 (almost ready) or T56 if the bellhousings are ready to go and I can find a trans in time. But, my concern with using the Conquest chassis is the rear end. I can't find any info on people blowing them up. What they can handle ect. What about upgrades? I don't want to put a solid axle into it unless it is a last resort. Has anybody tried a independant 8.8 out of a explorer or supercoupe? Also has anybody twisted the frame in one of these cars? I twisted a few fox bodies back in the day, but those cars were a dime a dozen. The quest is a little harder to replace. Thanks in advance

so all 4 corners were good enough for your "other" widebody project but not good enough to keep the car together? body rust? Did you do a wide body conversion on your accord? The shell is junk. We cut all the fenders off it to be used on another widebody project.

Yes I will sell the turbo if you would like. How does 75$ +shipping sound? No, the intercooler was sold a while ago, sorry. I am not going to sell the distributor as I want to keep that for back-up parts to keep my daily driver running for many years to come I really don't have much other then what is listed above. I will sell the lot for $600 if somebody gets it this (05/04/2007-05/06/2007) weekend. Including what is listed in the $700 post. Come get it guys....Doubt you will ever find a better price then this.

Bump, I need this stuff to go away. I will sell the whole lot of everything above+ will throw in: two doors complete minus the interior panels Still have glass, mirrors, regulators etc. a full set of burgandy 87 seats in good condition. both front rear lower and 2 upper halfs. -------------------ALL GONE----------------------------- I had a blue 88 quest I stripped out. The car had 82k on it and everything apeared to be in great working order. Car was rusted out though. Transmission: 200$ I will not ship this as the last one I shipped UPS busted the tailshaft off it. This is a 5speed. Will have no intake manifold on it, but does come with exhaust manifold and turbo. Turbo might be bad as the wheel spins, but not as free as any of my other turbo's. No shaft play at all and it did make boost. You get it all. The rotors look newer as well as the right side caliper. Driveshaft comes with it.
