I am selling the prototype for the conquest/starion race intercooler kit. the kit was designed and built by me for sale through ETS (www.extremeturbosystems.com) where I am employed. I am selling this kit due to lack of demand for an intercooler kit of this caliber and quality. the kit features include: 4"x11"x20 ETS intercooler core with custom end tanks 2.5" diameter mandrel bent steel piping powdercoated silver TurboXS RFL blow off valve mounting 4 ply silicon couplers high quality t-bolt clamps spacers and bolts for relocating oil cooler price is 650 for this kit that was used only for fitting and testing. I am not in control of pricing, sorry guys. we could do a 3.5"x18"x11" core that would require no cutting except for the air dam for 795 probably. Intercooler alone is 500. the group buy is for any part of the kit or the whole kit. If anyone would sell me an MPI intake for cheap, as well as a 16g or whatever the most common turbo is, I will do options for all those. I am also planning on building an intake manifold and exhaust manifold. if there is interest in either of these, post up and I will get it rolling. for the record, this intercooler is average for what we usually make. a month and a half ago I built a water to air intercooler that was 10.5x10.5x24.5 for a 2500whp mustang. the month before that I built a water to air intercooler that was 7.5x8x24 for a 1400whp supra. I am currently building a turbo kit for my car, a 1990 300zx using a single ball bearing t66 from scratch. The newst project at work is our 1300whp single turbo chevy 350 powered 300zx. so if you were wondering, no this intercooler does not seem large to me and the kit is what we sell smaller kits for every day.
