  1. http://www.ilostmymind.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/wpid-wp-14153385284653.jpeg Yeah!!! wooo! Coated parts! I sent my pistons/bearings/valves off to www.ffwdconnection.com to get coated. I got ceramic tops on and moly skirts on the pistons, ceramic valve faces, and moly on the main and rod bearings. Now my parts are at Shaker Racing in Granger, IN. They are assembling/machining my head, and doing the machine work on my block (.20 over block, turn the crank 10/10 and balance, check/resize rods, put new pistons on rods) I should have that back next week! yay!

  2. Only 568 or so 85 1/2 Dodge Conquests were made with an intercooler. The flattys are lighter and very rare. Most SQC'ers especially the ones who had owned both styles would many of the probably would respectfully disagree with you. A stock fatty will handle better as I have owned and still own one of each. My flatty has always been much quicker off the line 0-90 mph. This is a nice car and a fine example. Fanta is a great guy! But the bottom line is it's worth what some one will pay.....Production numbers will in fact have some weight to some Questers decisions in some cases. It did for me. Flattys before fattys....I do not need the extra weight. Cheers, Jim
