If there was even a remote possibility that someone will be working on my car AND may have to run it at all, I would have the fans switched ON or advise the tech they need to be on. Sorry to see this happen to you, but too many holes in this story. Too easy to blame other people that assume that your car is operating properly. Because it should have been! Dad1 point
