Sorry... I think the judge is right. Im guessing she is suing for the cost of medical bills she has incurred because of the torn up guys irresponsible actions. He caused her injuries, he should have to pay for them, bottom line. There is a simple lesson here I think a LOT of people could learn from, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS BECAUSE THEY CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT SOMEONE ELSE.

Engine swap is for those who don't have the skills to keep their 2.6 running well enough to not blow up. What you need for reliability is more than just correct parts but the ability and knowledge to do the required maintenance, build/install the engine and components correctly, and especially a proper tune. Quite a few members have done this very well, others were missing parts of the equation and blamed the car. -Robert
