Another EDIS Trigger wheel question

Recommended Posts

okay.... so i'm gonna try to cut down the stock crank pulley and do an interference fit with the Trigger wheel.

I got the engine at TDC, (pulley lined up at TDC on timing cover). and marked the pulley as to where the 9th tooth before the open should go. So i see where the open tooth should go.

mine does NOT line up like this, am i doing something wrong.... or is this picture just off? I'm gonna guess this pic is off, cuz i've measured this a few times.

It's going to depend on where you put your sensor. And the MKI pulleys are just bolted together randomly, you have to "adjust" them once you get them.

cool. thats what i was hoping
