smallblock12 Posted July 16, 2009 Report Share Posted July 16, 2009 the only gauges i have that are working are rpm, speedo, and oil pressure. they just quit when i moved a boost gauge in the dash. oh lights wont go up or down either. but i switched clusters and it didnt change anything Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When installing the boost gauge you either put a tear thru the power feed for the gauges, or there was a small break in the traces that got disturbed. Shelby Posted July 17, 2009 Report Share Posted July 17, 2009 engine cranking rpm has nothing to do with the gauges unless the car ground system is totaly trash'd ,, for the cranking remove and clean ALL battery cable connections from the battery and from the block ,along with the main ecu ground at the intake,, and fender under battery as for the dash gauges you most likely done the same as a few 100 before you,, cut a feed on the circirt board , the speedo is mechanical nothing electrical about it , tach has a seperate power source , Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
