D_Venable
yep I have one from before Star-Orion officially was created. I asked to leave the last one blank, and cut slots for the switches you see myself http://www.26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF4031.jpg Edited April 15, 2009 by D_Venable

jolyrgr
The HVAC control area is not a true DIN size. Those panels have been used before, but they are going to need some modification. JR

dmyers151
You don't have to cut the pocket out. If you trim the tabs on the ends of the control panel, you can use longer screws and it'll bolt in behind the radio panel. Also, the wiring for the controller is long enough to snake down from the OEM location and use in the new location, no cutting required. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4100/4785910687_df498dd6b7_b.jpg

dmyers151
If your using the stock radio, then yes, that's your only real location. If you wanted to keep the pocket, you could probably put the panel in the glovebox and not have to see it at all, the wires should be long enough. Send a PM to Jolyrgr and ask him to make you one of the panels. I got mine last year for $30 plus shipping.
