Clear or Red tail lights

this is kind of what i was thinking i want to do

 

i didn't draw it but they do wrap around the corner

 

also it would be so that when i turn the turns signal on instead of the turn signals on the old t-birds where it would add a bar of light every second i want it to light up the next row and unlight the previous row, if that makes any sense.
