Lidoidol
will these work in any possible way on a 7.3?? got a bud in need
button
yeah.. its possible.but you'd need to make a custom up pipe (i have a stock one) and setup the evrt solenoid with a boost switch. the solenoid is 5v and takes a standard gm coolant temp sensor plug. BOOSTED88tsi
one of my friends has a 03 6.0 and 5 in exhuast i dunno what the exhuast shop did with the wastgate, but when he even touches the gas it sounds like its got a whistle tip on it
button
6.0 liters dont have wastegates.the turbos are EVRT (Electronic Variable Response Turbos)meaning there are vanes inside the exhaust that open when you apply 5v to the solenoid, such as via a boost switch. so no power to the solenoid till you reach your desired boost, then 5v opens the vanes and keeps your boost under control. pretty bad idea, way better than the early vnt type that was used on turbo dodges that was vacuum controlled. It just makes the exhaust housing a little large.
propeine
What I would give to be able to run these. Twin turbo SBC. Alas it will have to wait til next year.
