XHILR8N
I don't know if anyone is interested, but my faux leather shift boot was flaking all over my otherwise nice interior so i contacted a company about making me one. If anyone has ever heard of Redline Tuning, that is who i contacted. I have sent in my stock shift boot, and trim ring, they are to copy it, make one for my car with italian leather and red stitching etc., and said they will market them and have them available for sale after mine is completed (it's being used as a template) Just thought I would throw it out there. I had one of there shift boots on my mustang, the leather was very supple and didn't fade, the stictching was also top notch. Their website is WWW.REDLINETUNING.COM if anyone wanted to check out their work. maybe this would help someone other than myself jason

XHILR8N
I know this is a week late however here go the pics... the pics of the boot in the car were taken at night and the flash made it appear lighter than it really is for some reason. http://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/698/7146/109189.jpghttp://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/698/7146/109197.jpghttp://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/698/7146/109187.jpghttp://www.mustangmods.com/ims/u/698/7146/109188.jpg let me know what you guys think, please ignore the interior being dirty as the car is not currently running (another couple weeks) jason

XHILR8N
i am not sure, and from what i can tell til i finish the install write-up this week, they aren't listed on the site yet. i like it though jason
chiplee
pics are dead, I see no install write up, and that website has no links to anything about a shift boot. Think maybe you could follow up with them and see if they are indeed going to market this thing. I had one ordered from a member hear about a year ago but he couldn't get to it. I need a black leather boot but I want the back panel of leather, closest to the rear of the car to be yellow with a black mitsubishi diamond stitched into it, and I want yellow stitching on the black and black stitching on the yellow. sound easy enough? Star_V8_Quest
this guy doesn't come on here any more.....sold the car.but i do think someone else on here was trying to get a group buy thing going.but most good upholstery shops can make a shift boot...and they have samples of materilas they can get so you can "feel" out which kind of leather you want.
