If a thread is moved to the Mod-Forum by a Mod then the thread creator should be contacted with a brief, non-negotiable explanation. 2. If the thread is decent but contains a post that breaks the rules the post itself should be edited, the poster contacted, and the thread allowed to remain. 3.
