phishfud Posted January 28, 2005 Report Share Posted January 28, 2005 Just curious if we can somehow change these lights in the clock and AC controls to something other than orange. thought about changing my dash gauges and such, but seems pointless if the rest of the car still glows orange. Felginator Posted January 30, 2005 Report Share Posted January 30, 2005 The lights for the buttons on the display would have to be changed. But, for the controller screen, there are 2 clear bulbs, and then an orange "filter" under the actual screen. This can be removed by carefully lifting up the screen. I tried putting in a blue one, but it isnt working out so well just yet, I still have to fool around with it. But, I think its possible to do. Blue is just a tougher color to work with.
