Very little fading and just a very small amount of seam separation on the passenger shoulder. I fixed it with some cloth glue and its basically a non issue. The passenger side seat track would also need to be swapped with what your removing. I tried my best to modify it to go back as far as the driver seat and in the process "modified" beyond repair. $200 for the pair. OEM Hood insulator- brand new in the original Mitsubishi plastic. I believe I have a set of the circular clips that were zinc plated I will include. $100 Ive got pics floating around but if your serious Id be glad to take more. Buy both and Ill knock $50 off.
