Its actually just primer, not paint. Shaggy_TSi Posted January 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted January 24, 2014 There were rust holes on the quarter panel, after further inspection of the panel, found 10pounds of mud/dirt inside. Decided to cut the lower side, more rust, nothing new, cleaned it up. Using compressed air to dry it out, found the problem.
