velilla Posted December 4, 2012 Report Share Posted December 4, 2012 HI GUYS AGAIN CURRENTLY IM CHANGING THE WIRING FROM A 88 TO A 86, WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I REMOVED THE ECU AND WIRING BECAUSE THE 88 WAS TO RUSTED AND THE PERSON THAT HAD IT BEFORE UPGRADED THE ECU AND MODED THE CAR REAL GOOD. OK WHEN I REMOVED BOTH OF THEM, THE 86 AND 88 HAVE A 3 PLUG THAT GOES UP TO THE DASH BOARD,HERE IS THE TING HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PLUG AND HOW TO WIRE IT BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO REMOVED THE 86 DASH. StarquestRescue Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 You are putting the 88 stuff in a 86? Coke was the last guy to do that that i know of. The wiring diagrams for both years are on this site. http://www.starquestgarage.com/manuals/service/service_manual_index.html You should not have to pull the dash, but the blower box needs to come out.
