NO POWER TO AC BLOWER

I have an 87 Starion ESIR. I put a new blower. The Air Accondion Fuse was bad, I replace it and still no power. I checked fuse #5 & #12 both are good. Compressor works when I turn the ac switch on. I tried using a spare temperature speed resistor (The one inside the blower) and still does not work. I also tried using different AC control switch and still blower does not work. The only thing I have not able to test are the two relay behind the evaporator. I think you need to remove both cover to reach the screws.. Any ideas? I will appreciated. Thanks,

Thanks for your replies, I got it solved!! I actually made a boo boo and cross over the connector with a resistor and conected to the other plug I was connecting the black plug into the blower and not the blue connector. opps . Of course I realized that after I checked every AC system. AC is working and new blower is working awesome!
