stevieapollo
i have a 88 conquest ran great for awhile then one day it started to lose pressure at about 3500 rpm right before it goes into boost. problem gets much worse once the engine heats up. does the same thing in every gear. If i stay on the gas it will kinda start to almost want to pull threw and start to boost for a second but then bogs down. I had the injectors blown out. and also replaced the oxygen sensor along with the mass air sensor... could it be a vacuum leak? if so how do i find where it is? please any help would be awesome. thanks
Ironside
Replace your injector clips, check fuel pressure and relube dizzy.
Fuze
The 3500 RPM fail is the giveaway for a bad secondary injector, or bad secondary injector wiring. Other factors could be in play, but the secondary comes on at 3500 RPM so if you are on the gas and the car fails right there, adress that injector before looking elsewhere.
