Ddreder
i actually dont know what year it is lol im putting it in my name in a couple days so ill find out then and i idk what motor it is. the biggest thing i want to find out is if it has an LSD or not? i just dont know a whole lot about the car. but yea thats like a sliver of all the cars we have on that property lol
Komeuppance
Welcome to the site!! Looks like an 86 or 87 model, does it have automatic seatbelts?? It's likely non LSD, unless one was swapped in by an owner. If it hasn't been engine swapped it'll be a 2.6 (G54B). -Robert
Tekker
You can check your year like this on this post:http://www.starquest...howtopic=124428 MODEL YEARD = 1983J = 1988E = 1984K = 1989F = 1985L = 1990G = 1986M = 1991H = 1987CHECK DIGIT If you jack your rear end up, and spin 1 wheel and the other spins same direction you have LSD,if it spins opposite direction you have normal. Also something with an orange sticker in your driver door panel ... http://www.starquest...1 http://i471.photobucket.com/albums/rr71/dmyers151/VIN_Decode.jpg Edited February 14, 2012 by Tekker
Ddreder
Hay thanks for the info guys. yea i transfered it into my name and the registration said it was an 86' but im gonna be really bummed if it doesnt have an LSD because my whole goal is to turn it into a drift car that i can take to the local track.. also it doesnt have auto seatbelts but they are cool they say turbo all over them lol also another cool thing i found was that it has an intercooler which i thought they only put on the wide body ones. im still tryin to learn lol just read your whole post and i guess ill check how the wheels spin. i should have when i had it jack up a few days ago dangit.. >.< Edited February 25, 2012 by Ddreder
