87Racer-X Posted October 6, 2011 Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 does anyone know where the positive wire from the ignition coil goes to? from the ignition coil its a blue wire and then it connects to a little black box and from there its a black wire with a clip. i accidently pulled the clip and i dont know where it was connceted to? if anyone knows what im talking about please help thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Indiana Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 That little black box is a noise filter. It connects to the + coil terminal and is grounded to the engine. Its about alternator noise and your radio but alternator noise can also effect ignition signals and we have some of those signal wires in a stock harness shielded.
