TRACK BEAST
Hey guys.wanted to get rid of the hvac controls and computer to mock something up that would fit flush and look good. let me know what you think.. this is a rough draft of my project.. still need to smooth the edges and paint it.http://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff321/Trackcious/IMG_20110823_141514.jpghttp://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff321/Trackcious/IMG_20110823_141506.jpg

alp247
That still needs a lot of cleaning up. you need to de-burr those all those cut edges with a file or something. I'm wondering if you could have used something else that those screws to mount it as well? It makes it look so Frankenstein...unless you that is the look you are looking for? Sorry not bashing you just some feedback, that's all.

NudeLobster
clean up the edges and use stainless steel hex head bolts instead of those flat heads and it'll look great -Justin
alp247
maybe some counter sunk screws might be nice as well, then nothing will be sticking out and everything would look flush.

alp247
TRACK BEAST I'm assuming this car is setup for track only and not for street since you are removing the HVAC controls?
