87 Conquest restoration after 3 years of neglect

It has been a long time since any update I dicided to get a complete car to complete this process. I have finally located a running 87 in mint condition with a straight body no rust and never in an accident. I needed a hood front left fender and rear bumper cover, after adding up the cost of good use parts it was best to buy a complete car. The draw back is I am going to have to gut the whole car to cut and raise the tranny tunnel like my old one to fit my T56 transmission, and change the color because I am not too found of this blue. I might be parting out interior and suspension components as I move forward. Hmmm, that car looks pretty clean, not better to fix it up a wee bit, sell if for a profit, and get something crappier to pull to bits?

Starquest community to cheap on these as complete running cars, all it really need is a clean and she is ready to go. These cars seems to worth a lot more in parts than they do complete. However it is too dificult to find a shell that is not all ding up and rusty out I will keep for my project and be transfering all my restored parts and repaint to the color of my other. I just love the body style of the Starquest. As I move forward all the parts except body peices will be up for sale.
