If you remove that rubber boot you can see where the two wires solder to the ends of the motor its not hard to repair. The wires are hard but they weren't when they were new you might change them. Since they get hard like that and also for the other wires on the throttlebody especially the TPS, the only place they can move is the end and that's why they break off.
