Let me lay it right out there and tell you what I'm looking to do; I want to send my injectors out to have them cleaned but can't deal with the downtime. I'd buy cheap-tail injectors if they worked for the amount of time I'd have to wait for mine to be returned. The most popular brands that I can find info on are Delphi and Python (same company?). Are there cheaper injectors out there that will work? If so, where would you suggest I find them (other than eBay)? There's a listing up over there for $160...but....meh...I dunno *shrug*. BC_99 Posted August 3, 2010 Report Share Posted August 3, 2010 buy the delphis and run them and keep your stockers for spares. The injectors you have are at least 21 years old if they are oem, so they are unreliable at best. Meaning you never know when they are gonna give out. Brianpaul98 sells the delphi injector kits for our cars with new bolts and spacers and his customer service is impeccable.
