alp247
Ok finally got around to taking some pictures of my 2 seat conversion. So i finally removed the back seats and cleaned up the back area. made an extra compartment for storage as well. hope this helps people who want to get rid of the back seats. Convette
Nice dude. Looks clean. what did you use for support? Wood/metal?
Chrome_Rush
I really like that considering the rear seat is useless besides as a shelf to throw crap, might as well just turn it into a shelf. That thing have a hatch to hide little stuff you dont want visible?
alp247
You mean mine? Maybe it's hard to see in the pictures but mine has a removable top (hidden compartment).

Chrome_Rush
Yep thats what I meant. Removable lid or hinged lid to stash stuff inside, pretty cool idea.
alp247
Sorry i didn't have any build pictures. I'm so lazy to take pictures and show all the work...if i did that it would have taken me longer to get it done. I just like to show the finished product...mostly all wood and supplies came from Home Depot except the carpet came from kragens and pepboys. i used mostly pine wood to keep weight down and trimmed with bread board to make it look custom. estimate cost about $150 in supplies but having your car look like it came as a two seater...priceless lol
