Vented bov's are not much of an issue on our cars. So they work ok in draw threw.

Altitude changes? I suspect that could be an issue. Best to search around a dsm board on that.

i am working on getting the bugs out of my standard MAF-T setup and then I and Coke are seeing about a baro sensor..i know early 90's hondas ran 3.9v and were a one wire install so when I get back to the mainland I will see what I can dig up at the junkyard to test in colorado

I had mine mounted through the inlet on the turbo but had problems getting a good AFR at idle and between shifts with the BOV opening slightly at idle vacuum and making the car run rich with a non recirculated bov.

This is where ive mounted it since all my setups and works great when put right before the throttle body.

The position of the maft maker is that baro and temp changes are a non issue. I can't say i ever recall seeing a post on a dsm or 3s board where people were using sensors is place of the maft fixed out puts. Basically the gm sensor measures the cooling effect of the air going through it on a hot wire. And the temp, humidly, baro pressure are a factor in this cooling effect.
