LOL. I'm usually pretty quick on that sort of thing. Ben doing it a long time.

I didn't get to do much today. Had a small problem with the rally car then got pulled over on the way home. Waste of time.

New compressor because mine blew up the day after I got done painting. It was letting go during the paint job. I blame that on a lot of runs. Plus lack of lighting and cloud of paint didn't help me at all.

NO SINGLE STAGE!!!!!!!!!!

White is baller. I do not really like silver but when I was looking at your thread with the video I actually think that silver fits the whole 80's techno styling of the car. Plays well on it's lines and black accents. Especially with a set of decent wheels.

Yea... i LOVE silver... on any car with lines espesially, like EVO, Starion, Delorean...

I sprayed my fender with a can of silver base.. it looked ok. I just know that paint with flake in it is harder to make look good vs. a solid color like white. I painted my station Wagon in highschool single stage burgandy with flake (factory color). And it was SOOoo easy to make shiny lol..

is a 90 psi at 5cfm compressor enough to paint with? I may just pay to have it painted... idk.

I need to get it running... damn my ocd..lol

When I went to install my new 88 seats. The slider on one side was wrecked. I called Dave (elkimenokidltu) to see if you could swap sliders from the 87 to 88. "No" was his response. I tried anyways. The only difference is that one of the mounting tabs is longer on the 88's. I used a cutting wheel to grind off the studs that hold it in place and welded the new one from the 88 slider to the 87's.

Still need to spray the sides of the spoiler, headlight bucket covers, gas door. I am redoing the header panel. I hate how it is all wavy. I had reinforced it and filled it but there are still low spots. Needs some love.

Yeah that is my next project. Already got it running. Oil leaks and only goes in reverse. Linkage is all blown out in the column.

Anyways. I bled the brakes then re bled them and took it out for a little drifting. I can't believe I haven't driven this thing in like a year. So much friggin fun. Especially when you can go past your friends house sideways and he can hear you all the way home. Now to go and touch up all the chips from installing fenders and wet-sand and wheel. Everything will look mediocre one day.

Don't hate on my Polish pride. I have another white one but a big arse bug landed in my clear so I need to respray it. O well. Going in the garage to install my wideband......finally

Missed out on a nice drive with Idriftjunk and Elkimino due to a brake problem. Found out just now the master cylinder is all clapped out. John dropped one off as well so all should be good by afternoon tomorrow. Still needs a good detail and straighten out the wires from the LC-1.
