  1. Just dont know how to upload pictures. Its not the 90s anymore. Un-limit the size of pictures guys. been on there since before 2002, like my sig says. I was on here, on dial up. that is how I got my starion fix! Love this site and i want to keep the knowledge going. You cant do that with on 500k pictures come on!! I will help if needed. This site has to keep going!
  2. On further inspection, I think I have HKS hard pipes. Is this not where they would put the 3rd injector for more fuel? This is just the step down which makes sense on why my air filter can looks so different with the lid. it plugs right in. Trying to get the picture uploaded.
  3. I Picked up another starquest this weekend. A little ruff on the outside, but pretty clean on the inside. Was red and painted silverish. AEM wide band, FCD, Fuel pressure regulator, some kind of boost control and not sure what turbo, but appears to bolt onto the stock manifold. Upgraded manifold, hardpipes, upgraded intercooler. More pictures to come. Anyone know what turbo and boost control module these are?
  4. No. Its still at a stand still. Trying to get rid of other things I have going on so I can put my time into the car. Plus possibly moving is going to throw a wrench into it.
  5. I might have found a way to keep my project going. If it comes to fruition in the next couple days/week. I will delete/close this post. I am not far from getting this back on the road, just a little more cutting and test fitting, then weld. Re-install!
  6. Well I unfortunately need to sell my project. It was in a light front end his and was in the process of putting in a new front clip. Its almost ready to weld in, but its been sitting for a year and I have no time to finish it. Engine runs great with new head. I have all the parts in bags labeled to reinstall everything. New clutch and resurfaced pressure plate. factory radiator has been rodded out and cleaned. 89 auto down window switch and climate control. Rebuilt steering box, interior is great as most 87s are. I have some pictures in my album and can email more. I have lost of other new parts as well, ball joints, tie rods, sway bar bushings, gaskets, and more will all come with the car. It will need to be towed, and you will need to have some room for plastic containers of parts. Asking 3,000. Location Zip code 95232. East of Sacramento CA. More pictures in my album and can email more. No dents on any of the fenders and no major damage at all. Its in really good shape, just dirty. Clean title in hand. In Non op. No back fees.
  7. Hey Kev! Thanks for the info. That is a great idea to get it all attached and then complete the weld. I have seen our cars that are not repaired properly and there are gaps and mis alignments everywhere. I was able to get a little more adjusting done yesterday. Will do some more today and get the pieces as level to each other as possible. The holes line up on the top section where it attaches to the fenders, but the bottom frame area on the drivers side needs a little more taken off.

  9. I tried to fix the photos. Let me know if they are working or not.
  10. couple more pictures. My engine and barn with all my spare parts.
  11. Been gone a while and saw the site lost alot of posts, so I will start a new one. Got this 87 about 2 years ago and it was in a slight front fender bender. Well turn out to be more that that. The front was pushed back to much to repair so I just opted for a new front clip. This is where its been for a while now. I just need to make some more cuts to the frame portion to get it lined up properly and then weld it in. Kind of scare since I want to make sure its all lined up properly so that the front end looks level and not out of place. Then reassembly. Engine is in the corner of the garage. I need to take the turbo off and get it rebuilt. Any recommendations on who can rebuild our turbos? I would like a 16G or super 16G. Would also settle for a 14G. Jonathan
