stesir Posted May 15, 2015 Report Share Posted May 15, 2015 It only seems to work about 75% of the time...The display is always lit but usually if its gonna work, in about 5 mins of starting the engine, it goes dark then you turn on the power button and it works. You can play with the ignition and not start the car and it will work, but then actually start the car and it won't work...The dispaly will always be lit with the 2 Goose Eggs lit in the lower half if the antenna is down or in the upper if it is up..it may stay lit up like that the entire time and the radio not come on..you have to hit the power button to actually make it work when the whole unit goes dark to make the radio work if it wants to work and pwer on on that particular drive... Starfighterpilot Posted May 15, 2015 Report Share Posted May 15, 2015 Check your fusible links and the input & output wiring at fusible link box 2 for evidence of corrosion and/or burnt wiring; or melting of the fusible link box plastic.
