Yep, 1529...Since this is already in the FAQ's, i'll post info...

It came with a "Throttle Body-service instruction worksheet" TO REPAIR: Chrysler T.B.I. (2 electronic controlled injectors)

It has an exploded view of the whole SQ Throttle body. The kit contains:

Upper injector O-rings(2)
Seal for injector**special cut-out**(2)
Seal for injector-lower**Flat side faces up**(2)
O-ring for the "pulsator damper"(1)
Diaphragm, pulsation damper(1)
O-ring for the FPR**These are for the three little nipples that go into the TB**(3)
Seal ring***LEMON SHAPED GASKET***(1)
Seal ring**regular gasket for the base of the TB(below the lemon shaped one)**(1)
O-ring for fuel inlet line(1)

Trust me, it's everything you'll need and then some. The kit also comes with a tiny ball bearing and a little C-clip, it's not used on our TB.

After I recieved my original order and saw how complete it was, I ordered two more kits the next day. I keep one in my car at all times, not to mention some other things....

Are you talking about the lemon shaped gasket?  If so, how do you know it's leaking? The reason I ask this, is because that gasket is an internal one. Do you see some kind of fluid on the outside of the TB?

Shaft seals can be had easily by taking your current seals to an industrial supply center.  They are basic seals that are cheap.
