StarquestRescue Posted March 29, 2013 Report Share Posted March 29, 2013 You should be able to re pin and modify the harness to work with the 86 ecu. And there was, i think a guy that did that once. But you would still be dealing with the limitations of the 86 ecu. In the long run you would probably be better off converting your 86 to 87-89 ems. Or bit the bullet and go mega squirt, or micro tech is popular in Florida. You do not really need a 4 injector intake for 250-300 hp, but you do need a ems or piggyback capable of feeding the engine the correct amount of fuel through two injectors.
