I just rebuilt the PS pump today because the front seal was bad. everything wen smoothly and i got the pump back in the car and all hooked up. Put ATF fluid in it and started it up an no power steering. The belt and pulley are moving, the fluid level changes when i rev it, i even put it on jacks and cycled the steering wheel side to side for 5 min and still no dice. I need Help!

.I NEED SOME ADVICE FROM YOU.GUY, I SOLD AN INJECTOR TO A MEMBER OF THE CLUB AND HE SENT ME AN EMAIL STATING THE INJECTOR WAS LEAKING AND WANTED HIS MONEY BACK. I ADVISED HIM BEFORE I CAN GIVE HIM A REFUND, HE HAD TO MAIL BACK THE PART FIRST. I RECEIVED THE PART AND IT IS DAMAGED. SEEMS IT WAS HIT WITH SOME KIND OF HEAVY MATERIAL, OR MAYBE DROPPED IT, AS A RESULT, THERE IS AN OBVIOUS DENT ON IT. IN MY ORIGINAL PIC, THE INJECTOR IS W/OUT DAMAGE. Nice shape flatty coolant overflow tank.
