I am trying to remember the name of this series of movies where a guy has these badtail cars and gets the cops to chase him then out runs them for real. I remember one ending where the guyy drives on to a ship or something to get away. This was in the late 90's. I was often under the influence then so the memories are fuzzy at best. Thanks
