air cair might be gone where i live and when its gone would it be beneficial to run a straight pack from the turbo with no cats and just a fatty glass pack at the end

I took this off the old flatty parts car I had a couple years ago. Took the turbo off just cause it's a turbo if nothing else, ha. No real need for it, so if anyone wants it, I will be happy to box it up and ship it out, damn thing weighs a ton though, so shipping will probably be $25-30. How do I remove the "door open" rod from the door handle?

I hear a little grumbling in the passenger rear area when pushing it a little hard. Anyone have an ideas what that could possibly be or where to check first?
