One of the P.O.s of my car used too much radiator stop leak and it stopped the water valve from functioning. I gave it my best shot repairing it but it's been torn apart by the actuator trying to open it while it's stuck. I hate to replace a $10 part that takes 6hrs to get to with used but I can't find a new one anywhere.   This is the water valve, not the actuator, it is inline with and supplies coolant to the heater core.
