What's a better suspension the factory SHP package or a Tokico set up?

whos there?   no really, i just got to the 400mile mark on my break in and the motor didnt sound quite right. It runs great. idles perfect, doesnt like cold but other than that everything else was fine. but i noticed around 2200-2500 there was a noise. As soon as I noticed it I stopped driving the car( once i was home, about another mile or two). with the car idling I can get under the hood and rev it up and definately hear a knock!!!!   This is the same reason i pulled the motor and rebui
