I originally purchased this car and it had a spun #2 rod bearing. I decided to install just new rod bearings and see how it would hold up. The car ran fine but started making a growl when you rev the engine. I took the timing cover back off and the oil pan and the #2 rod bearing is worn, it didnt spin, but worn. I dont want to hurt anything else in the engine.. so basically its gonna need another crank or this one repaired. i dont have the time or patience anymore. The car has 128,500 on the spe
