My Dad is installing his 2.5" down pipe as I type and there is a hose that comes off the factory exhaust that goes up to that little black box that mounts right beside the valve cover and the thermostat. What is it and what is it for? It seems almost to be a Breather filter of sorts? Is that what it is or some kind of Exhaust recirculation filter????
