So I believe one of the first things a newbie needs to do is introduce himself so here goes.   Well I finally bought another conquest. Drove over 5 hours to get her. Waited over a month. Building a custom shift knob for a project and I need to fill a fairly large annular space with rubber to absorb vibration through shifter. Need it to be soft rubber when cured not like polyurethane. RTV would work great but would take a lifetime to dry throughout the whole mass (if it would ever cure in the middle). Tried expandable foam....didn't like it at all.
