Trans slips on take off in first then bangs into second and shudders badly even at very light throttle. Once it shifts into 3rd all is well even with OD. 3rd & 4th are the only normal gears!   Trans has plenty of fluid and all electrical connections are connected. I even experiments with adjusting the kickdown cable under the dash and still had the same result.   It feels like 2nd gear is on the way out and first is right on it's heels.   Any ideas?
