Need help with camber plates and GC springs (rear)

    AustinTSI
    By AustinTSI,
I the Stedabani (sp?) camber plates and the GC springs that I bought a long time ago and I'm just getting around to installing them but I have a problem with the rears.   I've cut the perches but when I put the spring cap on and then the camber plate on top of that, there seems to be too much space between the two. Any suggestions or should I just ignore it?   I can post pics if I'm not making myself clear.   Thanx, Dave.   PS: I also have a '87 for sale in the for sale section ($750).

    question on rocker arms

    Shelby
    By Shelby,
ok  Joel and i were  looking at the  cam lift on the stock  cam's , in my 83 manual it  gives a cam  valve lift of .413 now if you figure   a rocker arm ratio of  1.4 into that  it comes out  to be a  lift of over 500 , .5782 to be exact,  now if this is already figure'd in to the  cam valve lift  then why did i  run out of plunger  travel  at .463  when  checking my cam timeing , i know i should have  reset the dial indicator and recheck'd but i was lazy any  info or idea's on this
