    By TSIboostman,
one of the push on type connectors the flat ones used for the temperature sensors on the intake manifold for the g54b? I had one that broke off at the terminal end for the sensor for the a/c compressor cut off switch. It is the flat metal terminal that fits into a black AMP labeled connector. I was able to take the connector apart but the push on metal connector is flat and long, much longer than the ones that come in normal kits? If any one knows if these connectors are still made it would help

FS: Wrinkle Red Powder Coated Valve Cover

    techboy
    By techboy,
I'm probably regret this at some point .... but I had this valve cover powder coated when I did my motor build along with another one b/c I couldn't decide what color I really wanted to use. I ended up using the other one and this one has been sitting now for 2 years. It's never even been installed since the powder coating was done. I tried to find the receipt for it, but I couldn't. I'm asking 75 shipped, which I think is what I paid to have it coated - so you're basically getting the cover

    Testing the thermosensors

    tsi_tom
    By tsi_tom,
I bought some new Mitsubishi(Nippondenso) thermosensors here on the board awhile ago. Now that I am ready to install the radiator I decided to test the thermosensors.   I got some different results.   The new primary fan thermosensor reads 1 mega ohm and the resistance increases with temperature.   The new secondary fan thermosensor always reads open even in boiling water.   One of the thermosensors(Nippondenso) that were in the radiator I took out and tested closed with near zero resistance at
