To anyone running this setup I have a question. I am trying to get rid of the rear camber that comes with lowering the rear of the car so I bought the MK1 rear pillow ball kits. I have them adjusted like D_Venable, see pic below: http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv215/dsmconquest/P1310256.jpg First, the top of the strut (threaded portion) hits the outer diameter of the center hole inside the car where you can access the top nut on the strut without using the camber kits. I am thinking I will clearance this a little with a die grinder so it doesn't make noise. Anyone see an issue with this? Also, when I go to install these in the car, the top nut of the strut is hitting the camber plate when I install it. Will this cause issues? See pics below. I took pictures of the strut outside of the car so its easier to see and the plate is orientated how it would sit IF installed in the car. I think it may move a little when the car is set back on the ground and the nut may not hit, but I am not sure. Has anyone installed these to this setting and had the same issues? What did you do to remedy this problem. I will wait to reassemble until I get some responses. I appreciate any input in advanced. http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv215/dsmconquest/IMG_20130413_195047_539.jpg http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv215/dsmconquest/IMG_20130413_195109_048.jpg -Adam
