Hey i am in the process of rebuilding the front end of my car and the last parts that I need are a pair of fog lights for my 87. I bought some a while back but they were from an older car and have different connections. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm having some weird issues with the Headlights and Fog Lights on my car, and was wondering if someone could help point me in the right direction on where to start. Headlights: - Turns on/Flips up with no problems; In-synch with one another. - Turns off erratically. - WILL NOT turn off by simply pressing the "Off" button. - I have to hold down the "Off" button, and repeatedly tap the headlight button for it to *work it's way* down. - Headlights will not close in synch with one another. (One will close more than the other.) Fog Lights: - Will not turn on by pressing the "Fog Light" button. (I have not found a pattern on how to make the fog lights turn on, but the light itself does come on when randomly pushing through the light buttons. ) Will try to provide a video of this bizarre light activity.
