  1. Unfortunately I slid off the road and into a ditch. I am quite devastated. The damage dealt is repairable, I just know that as of now I definitely need a new front spoiler and possibly a few other parts. If you have any parts for the front of a starion or conquest that you plan to sell, please message me here, or text me at 692-239-9547.
  2. SOLD!!! Hey Dudes, as some of you may know, I recently purchased the Quest I've been waiting for (1989 SHP Auto Fiji), so I am selling one that I was beggining to restore. This thread will be pic heavy but I want you to know exactly what you'd be getting, and I can't stand vague threads with no real info, so I'll let you know everything that I can. I purchased the car from a member on here who had intentions of doing a swap, he lost interest and was relocating for a few months so he sold it to me. I was going to put it all back together so I brought her home and parked it. The car came as a roller with a g54B block with an unusable head, and NO tranny so she's being offered up the same way. Here are the particulars: It's a 1989 Conquest TSI (Non SHP, no sunroof) Original Fiji Blue Car was automatic, so it has the LARGER TRANS TUNNEL, great for swappers! Car was purchased in Johnstown, PA, then relocated to Goldsboro NC (sometime in 2011 I believe) then I brought her back to PA in Jan 2013 approx 97k on the body Title was signed by previous owner, I never switched it over to my name rust free underneath, no frame rot, a few tiny cosmetic spots at rear wheels 87 black leather seats Nice door cards included they're currently in the rear seat Lots of odds and ends in a storage box, aftermarket piping etc. whatever the PO removed Dash is in good shape Un-cracked tail lights 6 Bolt axles OEM Exhaust OEM wheels in nice shape, typical clear coat spider-webbing. Here's the not so good, but not deal breakers that I can recall: No trans, I'll throw in the stock G54B short block if interested for no additional charge, came with the car, unsure of condition, wasn't installed when purchased. Clear Coat is flaky in a few spots, and usual door dings and such, nothing major typical rear side spoiler paint flakage Car needs a front bumper support, had bumper cover zip tied to the car (I guess for weight reduction, not sure) Air-dam is broken on one side, but may be fixable Armrest console has a crack above drivers side seat belt opening, but not unusable. I did replace the passenger side fender with a white one but I still have the Fiji one with the goober on the top. The only thing I removed off of her was the strut tower bar, sorry. I'm sure there are guys on here looking for something like this, and I can't keep all of them, I'll probably regret doing it eventually, but it may help someone on here build their dream ride so that to me, is worth it! I'm looking to get $800 firm for her the way she sits with all of the parts and everything included. Sorry, but I DO NOT wish to part any of this out, it comes as a package deal. And think of it this way... if you do plan a swap, then the BS of having to remove most of the OEM engine bay 'garbage' is already done saving you some time and aggravation And Fiji 'autos' aren't really simple to find, trust me I've been looking for years. Car currently resides at my father-in-laws in Hagerstown MD... anxiously awaiting someone to give her a loving home. Thanks guys, first with the cash takes her home. -N8 Here's the pics: http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/2012-12-16_14-34-01_95.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03211.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03212.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03213.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03215.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03216.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03217.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03218.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/DSC03219.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/2012-12-22_15-15-16_383.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/2012-12-22_15-15-02_870.jpg http://i1234.photobucket.com/albums/ff408/n8tallica1/1989%20Fiji%20Blue%20Conquest%20TSi/2012-12-22_15-14-46_804.jpg
  3. I have a 1989 Chrysler Conquest Tsi for sale in central IL. The car has damage from hitting a deer, including a cracked windshield, bent hood and broken grille. The car runs and drives fine. It is a 5 speed with 146K miles. I bought it as a project and just don't have the time or space to do it. I'm asking $1500. It has a clear IL title. I will post pics soon.
  4. No photos with this one. Unless it is mint inside & out it's overpriced IMO. Seems like members can't get $500 for a shell here. 5. It's a blue Fiji with a sunroof, but it looks like it has been beat pretty good, the interior is trashed & the left tail light broken. The RF tire is flat, and I'm sure they are all dry rotted. The ad doesn't say if it runs, but I suspect it does not after sitting 11 years. The pics look like it is in a scrapyard (background & number sprayed on passenger door). Sounds like it has a Spanish or maybe Mexican (Manuel) transmission. As the line goes from the film Used Cars, "That price is too high." 6. Found this one while shopping today. Looks like a decent deal if the body is solid. Odds are it has the maroon interior I don't care for, but I may text the seller to be sure. http://tampa.craigslist.org/hil/pts/4017772928.html sz9t9-4017772928@sale.craigslist.org Posted: 2013-08-22, 12:30AM EDT Cleaning out the garage (Lowrey Park Zoo area) http://images.craigslist.org/00606_kvDImSLvyoW_600x450.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/00606_kvDImSLvyoW_50x50c.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/00202_86BNWaSbAxK_50x50c.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/00909_lyqVjgJxY1l_50x50c.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/01212_bexLGhSAkT6_50x50c.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/00A0A_aBqUdEVWlVv_50x50c.jpghttp://images.craigslist.org/00f0f_JeO1HZXUrt_50x50c.jpg Cleaning out the garage and selling my Chrysler Conquest ( Mitsubishi Starion 2600 GSR ) please feel free to make reasonable offers on any items listed or come by to see everything. 1989 Chrysler Conquest TSi 5 speed, sun roof, White, wide body, turbo 2.6 l, RWD 170000 needs alternator but I can charge the battery and start it up so you can hear it run before you buy needs TLC hoses and gaskets but great car motor and turbo run smooth no knocks or ticks 1750 obo Aluminum driveshaft for Mustang with good yoke and u joint fits 5.0 1986 - 1993 90$ Mustang GT tail light covers white 1987 - 1993 55$ Mustang GT mid pipe with gutted cats 1987 - 1993 make offer Heavy Duty Trailer Hitch for Dodge Dakota not sure what years please fee free to text for measurements make offer Ford 351 W Small block with forged pistons (.030) fresh with Aluminum SVO heads, heads are complete with 1.6 's $1300 OBO Small Block Ford stock valve covers in great shape for 302 make offer My name is nick you can call or text my phone any time regarding the items listed at three one fi ve 871 9222 thanks
  7. Hello all, I am parting out my 1989 conquest. Car has 125,000 miles on it, all of the "New" parts have fewer than 500 miles on them. Did a lot of work on this car in high school, couldn't take it with me to college and haven't had time since "real life" has caught up with me. I am going to list the major parts and prices for those, anything else you want just PM me and make an offer, I would rather help keep another conquest alive than send good parts to the crusher. I will keep a list of parts that I have sold, or don't have as they come up. Also, The suspension/brake stuff will have to wait until later as I have to leave it on to roll the car around in the driveway. My plan is to part out as much as I can, then get the car on a trailer and pull the suspension/brakes/bushings and trailer the rest to the scrapyard. So I will update the thread with info on those parts asap. The fast I sell the rest of this stuff the sooner I can tear off the suspension. Let me know if you are interested, and I will keep you on a "waiting list" and you can have first dibs when I do pull it off. Interior stuff, I would like to sell it as complete as possible, but at the very least I would like to try and sell the smaller parts in pairs, but if it is going slow I will be willing to sell pieces individually. Exterior stuff- Everything has been sprayed with spray paint as a budget job to cover up any bod work. Front fenders have a tiny bit of bondy to fix door dings, otherwise are in pretty good shape, inside has been coated with por-15, Hood has a ton of bondo on it so its probably not worth shipping. Rear quarters have bondo, and had quite a bit of rust, not worth cutting out. Rocker panels are pretty good, little bondo, but not much. Front airdam had 2 small cracks in the corners, repair with 3m bumper epoxy, still holding strong. All of my mounting hardward was rotten so I used screws to attach it to the bumper, there will be 2 small holes up by the fog lights. I like doing package deals, so if you buy multiple parts I'll be willing to drop the price some for you too. Prices Do Not include shipping. 8. Hi, My name is Colin, I live in Fort Edward NY. I'm originally from Saratoga Springs NY. I recently purchased an '89 Conquest tsi from a guy down in Ballston Spa NY. It is a little rough around the edges, and needs its fair share of work. But, aside from the small things, it is in pretty good shape and it is an awsome car to drive. (As you all know) I am new to the conquest/ starion breed, but I've owned similar cars including a Nissan Z31, Pontiac Fiero, and 87 I-roc. I have to say, just in the short amount of time I've had it, I think that my new conquest might be my most favorite car to date. I'm excited to get started on some forums, and begin the long process of modifying and fixing my TSI. I have a few projects in mind, some small and some big, that I intend to share with you guys via the forums. I can't wait to get started. I've attached some of the pictures from the original craigslist ad (hence, the low image quality), and a picture from when I brought it home.
