i have a 50 gallon one out at my dads house.. it was a gift.. worthless its so big you need a 50 by 50 shop to use it....

the work bench is going to have cabinets under most of it for storage.....
and I have a full size fridge for the dis assembly lube...
Its not my final garage, I am moving in 5 years to chatannoogaa
and ill build my 30 x 36 dream garage with apartment there
the compressor is 220; so thats a must.. also incase i start powder coating ill need an oven..
I have a sandblaster and im looking for a small parts washer like 5 gallon bench style...
im using (just aquired) lawn mower rods for drawer pulls and 2 stroke weed eater pistons for the cabinets,
ill be painting my tool box and the fridge and if i have enough, the cabinets... (color to be a suprize)
and i could use a beer sign or 2 if anyone has one for the cheap (or any backligh car sign or gas station aret ect..)

Ill look into this cat 5 cable I dont have the tools to assemble it and as far as coax for the satelite im still looking.

im using an old pc, My yard is only .75 acre so i figured my wireless will work.. besides dont know anything about cat5 eathernet stuff...

Ill start out like this.
Having ( a local contractor) build me a detached garage, thinking 20 x 20 but may go 24x 20. Its really a 1 car garage with ehough room to park 2 if i needed too.
things im doing inside,
-large window unit 10000 btu, built into the back not eliminating any windows
- 80 gal air compressor with piping down 3 sides, (rear and both sides)
-16 foot work bench with cabinets on the bottom and electrical outlets every 4 feet on top
- a vise on bench
- adding a 18 x 24 inch piece of steel to top of workbench also
- Epoxy floor paint with the clear
- electrical outlets in the roof, fromt and back for droplights
- and for now four 8 foot twin fourecent lamps for lighting
- a fridge
- a sink
- maybe a dryer vent with some hose for an exhaust scavenger.
- lots of storage up top
- cant afford a lift but i did do 9 ft ceilings and 4 inches of concrete
- and im using an old tv and dvd player (stereo) for entertainment. if i can find 100 yards or so of coax cable ill hook up the satelite in there too.
anybody have anything they can add they found usefull when doing thier own garage or ideas they have seen. i had a link a long time ago to another forum but lost it.
