  1. distributor intercooler pipes maf turbo throttlebody fpr shipped to 32444

     

    Ill get you a qoute on distributer, intercooler pipes, and maf. But the fpr/lines, and turbo are sold. The throttle body i would sell but dont want to seperate it from the manifold and the top hat with quage are sold already. The intercooler pipes will only work with a modded intercooler with a straight outlet on the crossover section. But charge pipe is mandrel bent 2.5" with a beat up rfl bov. Let me know what exactly your looking for.

     

    Price on the radiator hoses and fan, Distributor shipped to 28422? Do you have a condenser with lines, Compressor mount w/tensioner and bolts?

     

    Ill get you a price on the radiator and fan tonight after i weigh them. I dont have condenser or any other a/c parts. and the hoses are both gone i think i cut them off when pulling the head. Ill pm you, thanks.

     

     

    Since you are going to crush it... how are the quarters? I could use some "patch panels for the wheel arches...

     

    Id rather not have to cut out quarters unless you REALLY need them and $$.

Heres a list of whats sold, turbo, downpipe, exhaust, fpr, valve cover, maf translator, msd and coil, seats im keeping but will sell the bracket, center console i still have but will have an opening where the BTM switch was taken out, axles will be sold togethor with rearend local, intercooler is sold, still have the piping and a couple GM mafs, still have the distributer but sold the wires and boots, still have a walbro 255.   3. Im parting out my quest. anything you need let me know by tomorrow afternoon, im parting what i want off the car today and tomorrow then crushing it. Has good 5sp tranny, good posi traction 6 bolt rearend, block with 1 wiseco slightly melted in the #4 cyl.

     

    Many parts let, including electrical, airdam, seats, interior, suspension, alternator, ps pump, etc....

  5. im just saying this because i havent seen a flow test on a caravan intake and would like to see the amount of fuel and how equal to each cyl it is. I liked it, but with the problems i kept having with headgaskets im not going to recommend a product im not 100% true and test with. I dont want to say buy it and then have someone start running into some headgasket issue. if anyone thinks they want it then id say give it a shot.
  6. How did you get the throttle body to face 180* reverse? I am interested in that setup. How much for that?

     

    Caravan intake with throttle body adapter plate. I wouldnt really recommend using it unless you were going to go MPI with it or add aditional injectors.

     

     

    how much for the head?

     

    Not sure yet, need to check it out at the machine shop first to make sure everything is still good.

     

    fuel lines, regulator and gauge? $$$?

  7. do you have a non jet valve head.

     

    Yes its a marnel head, with stelite hardned exhaust valves, shneider springs set at 110lbs seated, and a stock cam. Im going to take the head into the machine shop before i sell it to make sure surface is good and everything checks out. I dont want to sell something and then have to find out it was a bad product.

  9. Hey guys im parting out my car, im really done with the G54 and im not spending the money to replace wisecos because for some reason one is melted to my #4 cylinder. Pretty sure it was because of a bad runner design on the caravan intake manifold along with a decent flowing turbo and setup. Made a lot of power, but kept blowing the headgasket on #4 and now im parting the car out after seeing the melted piston. Please don't say any negative remarks guys, this is my decision. Im going to start off by listing all the parts, if there is anything you would like to purchase you'll have to get in touch with me as im listing them. What you see if for sale.

    Starting off parts i know are good and will be selling, many engine parts such as the marnel head will be sold once i confirm they are in proper condition. Thanks!!

     

     

     

     

    evo3 big16 turbo- True EVOIII turbo with td05H turbine wheel, and 48.3mm compressor wheel. Also has a larger compressor housing for more flow, and the turbine housing has been setup to run an external wastegate only. If you want internal you'll need to buy a new td05H turbine housing. Sold as a package with downpipe (2.5" 439ss with flex pipe and v-band), external wastegate adapter (to tial 38mm flange), and screamer pipe for tial 38mm (1.5-2.0"). Wastegate sold seperately but you could by a knockoff if you wanted to.. 50 miles on this turbo, boosted only twice at 13psi- brand new center cartridge from forced performance. Make me an offer--

    Also have a one piece mandrel bend 2.5" intercooler pipe to the factory intercooler. Not sure which options you would have for fitment but i was using a stock starion intercooler then welded the other side to run the intercooler pipes like so vvvv asking $100 obo for the intercooler pipe

  11. Just posting some pics of the new charge pipe i made, one piece 2.5" tube mandrel bent in on a 2.5" radius, came out pretty good. Just got done welding the flange for the bov and welding beaded ends onto it. Everythings going together well and ill definately have some more pics of the new setup when im done. feeds into the stock intercooler though, need to make a new intercooler next.

     

    Also some pics of my new turbo i put togethor, downpipe i made of 439ss had laying around, and 1.5-2.0" screamer pipe, and my radio dash setup thing to host my switches and such needed.

     

    Also wanting to show how i made my conquest turbine housing external. Started off with some 2.0ss, then turned it down on the lathe till it was just .010 over the diameter in the turbine housing, and rounded the end off inside the turbine housing for a nice flow. Then froze the 2" piece in dry ice for a bit and heated the turbine housing up. After both were ready i had everything set up before hand and then pressed the bushing in the back blocking off the internal wastegate passage. Ill have to let you guys know how it works but im really confident in this working, sealed off really nice.

     

    and the last one is just another fab problem i ran into :/ whats new, its what keeps reminding me i own a starquest, another something that didnt work out as planned HAHA, gonna make a new one tomorrow..

  12. id say i could make you some but i bent them at work, so i cant really make more.. but i have had thoughts and plans for making my own mandrel bender, not a CNC but a basic encoder setup with a controller. Not too hard really and the encoder/controller isnt that expensive. its tooling/mandrels i cant afford :/
  13. I'm doing the same deal. I put a 16g with the starion exhaust housing. I am a fabricator so I'm going to make the wastegate that came with the 16g work. To answer your question, having a wastegate that opens near the pressure you want will work better. The wastegate on the srt4 opens at 4psi. If you just put a mbc and set it to 18psi, it will drop off to 15 by redline. Getting one with a stronger spring helps maintain the higher boost pressure.

     

    I guess that would be true because of the creep, i dont have a boost controller so i never really run into this problem (but when i had one on my internal i ran the actuator arm really tight and ran 18psi off a 10psi actuator with no problems) , i just swap springs now. I think you should go for it, plus when you fab it post some pics so we all might get some info on this option.

  14. I had mine mounted through the inlet on the turbo but had problems getting a good AFR at idle and between shifts with the BOV opening slightly at idle vacuum and making the car run rich with a non recirculated bov.

     

    This is where ive mounted it since all my setups and works great when put right before the throttle body.

  15. Well since i have a big 18g compressor housing and a starion turbine housing i need to fab a waste gate actuator any way as the stock one does not fit up.

     

    The thread was not really supposed to be about boost controllers. What i am asking is if a higher pressure actuator is a way to help the boost controller do its job better and keep the wastegate shut for quicker spool and to minimize the boost drop off as the engine rpm rises.

     

    I keep threatening to wire the waste gate shut on this tiny turbo i am running the next time i am at the track to see if it really has anything left. :)

     

    oh i thought you were just trying to find a means of increasing boost. Got any pics of what your trying to make/fab so we could post better ideas, or if you thing the actuator found is best then i would go with that, the only downside is you wont be able to run less than that boost (i usually run 12psi daily and more when i want, but now i have external so i only change boost with springs, so i lost that option with my boost controller i sold). Good luck with it and post up some pics of your setup!
