You have all the hardware and backing plates right?
Backing plates are there but you should buy new bolts.

The minimum it will cost to ship is $200 plus a headache fee of $50!

The diff is a little dirty from use but didn't leak and locked up very well. The torque tube had no clicking and is tight. The axels move freely but have a little surface rust.
