Is there anybody that rebuilds these units or is it hit or miss when someone sells them. Looking for a compleltley rebuilt unit.

I have the loudest tensioner pullies in world tighten the belt and they whale. Is there a replacment for them I work for autozone and i cant even get a hold of these guys even through seperate parts houses. Also i need a good Ac compressor Im in Orlando Florida and a 83 hood if anyone has one.
